Watalappan
The easiest and fasted way to prepare your own authentic Wattalappam at home using our very own Renuka products
Ingredients
Renuka coconut milk 50ml |
Sugar 2tbsp |
Eggs 2x |
Kithul jaggery 30g |
Cardamom 2-3 |
Cashew 7-8 |
Water 2 cups |
Directions
- Add Kithul jaggery 30g into the pan
- Add Sugar 2tbsp
- Add Cardamom 2-3
- Now add Renuka coconut milk 50ml and Stir until melted
- Add Eggs 2x and Beat well
- Combine jaggery mixture
- Add cashews and raisins to mold and Pour in the mixture
- Double boil inside cooker for 15-20mins
